Which profile is right for me?

Pick Bestie to shop and resell pre-loved items. Pick Boutique to sell new products. Pick Creator to post shoppable content. Pick Service Provider to take bookings. You can add the others later.

What does each profile do?

• Bestie. Shop pre-loved and boutique finds, book beauty appointments, and resell your own closet. It can be a few pieces or a full resale business.
• Boutique. Your own online storefront for a brand or online shop. You list products and manage inventory and orders.
• Creator. Create shoppable content. You tag your own products or shoppable links from your affiliate partners.
• Service Provider. A profile with a booking system. You offer services to local customers, and you can sell products for pickup too. Nothing ships.

Every profile can buy. Shopping, your bag and your wish list work the same on all of them.

What is shared across my profiles?

Your account details are shared by every profile: your name, email, password, phone, delivery addresses, Wallet, notification settings, Return Policy, Ship From Address, purchases, bookings and wish list.

Each profile has its own picture, name, bio, listings, sales and the reviews it received.

Can I have more than one profile?

Yes. You can have one of each kind, so four at most. To add one, tap Switch Role under your name and pick the kind you want.

A new profile is not a new login. You use the same email, user ID and password. See Switching profiles and adding a new one.

I picked the wrong profile at sign-up. What now?

Until you reach the You’re in screen, you can go back and choose again. Your profile is made when you leave that screen. After that, add the right profile with Switch Role.

There is no way in the app to delete, pause or hide a profile. Only the whole account can be closed. See I want to close my XO Bestie account.

Where do I find the Sell button?

The button in the middle of the bottom bar changes with your profile. A Bestie or a Boutique sees Sell. A Creator sees Post. A Service Provider sees POS.
