To find a creator, open the Feed tab and tap the search bar that says Search the feed. The Find creators screen opens. Type a name or handle, then tap a result to open the creator’s profile.

In the appFeedSearch the feedFind creators

Only creators, by name or handle. It does not search captions, hashtags or products.

The search bar on Preloved and Shops looks for items, not people.

What can I see on a creator’s profile?

  • A banner, a profile picture, the name and the @handle.
  • A star rating, or No reviews yet.
  • A bio.
  • How many people follow them and how many they follow. Tap either to see the list.
  • A Follow button and a Message button.
  • Two tabs, Content and Products, each with a count.

Anyone can look at a creator’s profile, even without an account. You need to sign in to follow or message.

You can also open a profile by tapping a creator’s name or picture on a post, a comment or a story.

How do I see a creator’s posts?

  1. Open the creator’s profile.
  2. Tap the Content tab.
  3. Tap a post. It opens in the same layout as the feed, starting at that post.

Scroll down for older posts and up for newer ones. You can like, comment, share and shop the cards. Videos play here, but a tap does not open the full-screen video feed. Only published posts show.

Can I share or report a creator’s profile?

Someone else’s profile has no share button and no report button. You can report a single post from the More menu under it. See Reporting a listing or post.

What if a profile can’t be found?

The profile may have been closed, or the link is out of date.
