Can I report an item that is not as described?

Not here. If an item is not as described, is damaged, or is missing, use your order. See How to return a purchase.

What happens after I report?

Our team looks at the report. We do not tell the other person who reported them. We do not send you an update when the review ends. If you need to follow up, quote your case number to Support. See Contacting XO Bestie Support.

What if I report the same thing twice?

You only need to report something once.

Can I report a person, a shop, a message, a comment or a review?

Not in the app. Report one of their listings or posts if that is where the problem is. For anything else, write to Support and include the @handle. See Avoiding fraud and scams.

What if I am signed out?

You are asked to sign in before you can report.
