If XO Bestie suspends your account, you cannot sign in. To ask about it, email support@xobestie.com. There is no appeal button in the app.
How do I know my account is suspended?
You cannot sign in, and we email you to say your account was suspended.
What happens when an account is suspended?
- You are signed out on every device.
- Your listings, services, posts, comments and profile are hidden.
- The words of your reviews are hidden. Your stars still count.
- Other people cannot open your profile.
- Orders already open still complete.
What happens when the suspension is lifted?
What the suspension hid comes back. Something hidden for breaking the rules stays hidden until it is fixed or our team puts it back.
How do I appeal?
Email support@xobestie.com and explain why you think it is a mistake.
