The Feed tab shows posts from creators, one after another. You need to be signed in to see it.
In the appFeedWhat do I see in the feed?
You see photos and videos that creators posted. Scroll down to see more. Pull down at the top to refresh.
Above the posts you see the stories row. Under it are three buttons: Followers, Following and Wish List. If you use a Creator profile, a banner for a creator program can also show here while one is running.
Whose posts show up first?
Posts from people you follow show up more. Posts from your own profiles, and posts you have already seen, don’t show in your feed.
Does switching profile change my feed?
No. Your feed follows everyone your whole account follows. The Follow button on each post belongs to the profile you are using. See Following shops, closets and creators.
What are the circles at the top?
This is the stories row. The first circle, Me, opens your own profile. The others are profiles you follow that added something in the last 2 days.
- Tap a circle to watch what that profile added.
- Tap the right side of the screen to go forward, or the left side to go back.
- Swipe down to close.
What is on a post?
- Photos and videos. Swipe sideways to see them all.
- The creator’s name and picture. Tap them to open the creator’s profile.
- A row of buttons under the picture: like, comments, share and more options. It also shows how old the post is, and Follow if you do not follow the creator yet.
- A caption. Tap more to read all of it.
- Cards under the post. See Shopping from a post.
How do videos work in the feed?
Videos play on their own as you scroll, with the sound off. To hear the sound, tap on the video. To pause, tap the video to open it full screen.
What is the full-screen video feed?
Tap a video once in the feed to open it full screen. Swipe up or down to go to the next video. Videos from people you do not follow show here too.
In the full-screen video feed you can:
- Tap to pause and to play again.
- Turn the sound on or off.
- Drag the thin bar under the video to move through it.
- Like, comment, share, shop the cards or tap Follow.
- Tap Back to leave.
To report a post, do it from the feed. See Reporting a listing or post.
I saw a post earlier. How do I find it again?
Posts you have already seen do not show in your feed again. Open the creator’s profile and tap the Content tab. Their posts are listed there. See Finding creators and viewing their profiles.
Why do I not see my own posts?
The feed never shows posts from the profiles on your account. To see your own posts, open In the appMenuCreator SettingsYour Creator Profile.
Why is the feed empty or not loading?
Check your connection and pull down to refresh. If the feed is empty, follow some creators. See Finding creators.
