Shopping from a post

Some posts have small cards under the picture. Tap a card to shop what it shows. What happens next depends on the kind of card.

What kinds of cards are there?

A post can have up to 6 cards. All cards on one post are the same kind.

• Product card. It shows the brand and the price. Tap it to open the product page. You buy it inside XO Bestie.
• Service card. It shows a picture and the service name. Tap it to open the service page. You book it inside XO Bestie. See How to book a service.
• Paid link card. It shows a product picture and name and the words Paid link. Once people have tapped it, it also shows how many taps it has had. Tap it to open another shop’s website in your browser. You leave the app.

Is the price on a product card the price I pay?

The card shows the price a shopper pays, with any sale that is running.

What does Paid link mean?

The creator saved this link to another shop. The creator may earn money if you buy there. The words Paid link show on every link card. The number next to it counts how many times people tapped that link, on every post that uses it.

I bought through a Paid link. Where is my order?

Your order is with the other shop, so it is not in Purchases in XO Bestie. XO Bestie cannot help with it. Contact that shop.

Why did a product disappear from a post?

The seller unpublished it. If the seller publishes it again, the card comes back. A sold-out product keeps its card. A service disappears the same way.

If a creator deletes a Paid link, its card disappears from every post that used it.
