When you make a post, you can tag things shoppers can tap. You can tag your own products, your own services, or links saved in My Shoppable Links. A post tags one kind of thing, and up to 6 of them.
You do this while you make a post. See Creating a post.
How do I tag something in a post?
In the appPostWhat's in this post? What are you tagging?- Tap Post in the middle of the bottom bar and choose your photos or videos.
- On What’s in this post?, choose Products, Shoppable links or Services.
- Tap Next.
- On What are you tagging?, tap each item you want. A number shows the order.
- Tap an item again to untag it.
- Tap Next, then finish your caption and tap Post.
What can I choose on “What’s in this post?”
- Just a post. Only your content and a caption. Nothing is tagged. This is the default, and it skips the tagging step.
- Products. Tag products you sell, so followers can shop right from your post.
- Shoppable links. Tag shoppable links and earn when followers buy what you wear.
- Services. Tag services you offer and get booked.
If you change your choice, the items you picked are cleared.
Which products can I tag?
Products from your own profiles, and only published ones. The picker has three tabs:
- Creator: products on your Creator profile.
- Closet: products on your Bestie profile.
- Boutique: products on your Boutique profile.
If a tab is empty, you have not listed anything there yet, or you do not have that profile. To add products, see Selling your own products as a Creator.
Which services can I tag?
Published services from your own Service Provider profile. If you do not have one, the picker tells you to create one from your settings.
Which shoppable links can I tag?
Links you saved in My Shoppable Links on your Creator profile. The picker does not let you add a new link. Save it first. See Adding and managing shoppable links.
How many things can I tag?
Up to 6 in one post.
Can I tag a product and a link in the same post?
No. A post tags one kind of thing: products, or services, or shoppable links.
Can I tag another seller’s product, or another person?
No. You can tag only your own products, your own services and your own links.
What do shoppers see under my post?
A row of small cards under the picture.
- A product card shows the brand and the price. It opens the product page.
- A service card shows the picture and the service name. It opens the service page.
- A shoppable link card shows Paid link. It opens the other shop’s website in the shopper’s browser.
What if I unpublish a product or service?
Its card disappears from the post. If you publish it again, the card comes back. A product that has sold out keeps its card.
What if I delete a shoppable link?
Its card disappears from every post that tagged it.
Can I change the tags after I post?
No. After posting you can change only the caption. See Editing or deleting a post.
