The creator program and monthly rewards

When XO Bestie runs a creator program, a banner shows on the Feed. You join with a Creator profile. Each month you can earn a reward for new follows, as long as you also post enough that month. Rewards go to your Wallet payout account after XO Bestie approves the month.

How do I join?

1. Open the Feed.
2. Tap Join the program on the banner.
3. Read each rule screen and tap Next.
4. Read the Program terms.
5. Check the box I have read and agree to the program terms.
6. Tap Join the program.

Do I need a Creator profile?

Yes. Without one, you can read the rules but cannot join. The first rule screen shows a Create a creator profile button. See how to create a new role.

How do I earn a reward?

Each calendar month has two conditions.

• Posts published. Reach the program’s posting target for the month. Posting pays nothing by itself, but you need it to be paid for follows.
• Follows. Only new follows in the month count, not your total followers. Each full milestone earns a reward, up to the program’s limit.

If you reach a follow milestone but not the posting target, that money is held. The panel tells you how many more posts unlock it. If the month ends before you reach the posting target, the follows in that month earn nothing.

Do my existing followers count?

No. Only follows you gain during the month count, and unfollows lower the count. In the month you join, counting starts when you join.

How do I see my progress?

On the phone and tablet apps, a THIS MONTH panel replaces the banner on the Feed once you join. It shows your total earnings, the days until the month resets, Posts published and Follows. On the website, the panel does not show.

When do I get paid?

After the month closes, XO Bestie checks and approves each person’s reward. Approved rewards go to the payout account in your Wallet. You get a notice that says Your payout is on its way.

Can I see past months or leave the program?

No. The panel shows the current month only, and the app has no way to leave a program. The banner goes away when the program ends.
