Your Wallet explained
On this page
Your Wallet is where you see your money, your payout account and your saved cards. You have one Wallet for your whole account. It adds up every profile you hold.
In the appMenuGlobal SettingsWalletHow do I open my Wallet?
- Tap Menu.
- Tap Global Settings.
- Tap Wallet.
The Wallet has two tabs: Getting paid and Payment Methods. Getting paid opens first. Pull down to refresh.
What is on the Getting paid tab?
- Available: the money in your Wallet. It can show a minus amount with the note Taken from your next payout after a refund or return.
- On its way: money from sales that are not paid out yet. The note tells you when, or says Several dates — see your sales.
- View your activity: opens your activity list.
- How you get paid: your payout account. See Setting up how you get paid.
Your earnings are sent to your bank automatically. The Wallet has no Withdraw button. See When you get paid for what each note means and when money moves.
What is on the Payment Methods tab?
Your saved cards for buying and booking. You can add a card, make one your default, or remove one. See Paying with a card.
How do I see my transaction history?
- Open your Wallet.
- On Getting paid, tap View your activity.
- Stay on the Transaction history tab.
The newest line is first. The list shows the last 60 days. If there is more, tap Load more.
Each line shows what happened, the amount and the date. Every line has a type:
- Sale
- XO Bestie fee
- Refund
- Payout
- Payout reversed
- Program reward
If you hold more than one profile, the line also names the profile it came from, such as Sale · Bestie.
A plus amount is money in. A minus amount is money out. An arrow shows a payout sent to your bank.
Why do I see a sale and a payout?
A sale line appears when the sale is paid out. The fees come off, then the payout line shows what was sent to your bank. See Selling fees.
How do I get a statement?
- Open View your activity.
- Tap the Statements tab.
- Tap a year to open it.
- Tap the month you want.
The app prepares a PDF. Then your phone lets you open or save it.
Statements show your selling history month by month, going back up to 7 years. A statement is not a bill.
Can I see anything older than 60 days?
Yes. Use Statements. Transaction history shows only the last 60 days.
What if the Wallet will not load?
You see an error and a Try again button. Tap it. If you are not signed in, the Wallet asks you to sign in first.
