When you get paid

You are paid after the customer has your item and your return window has closed. Then your money is sent to your bank automatically.

When will I be paid for a sale?

1. The customer receives the item.
2. Your return window closes. It is the window you set in your return policy. If you take no returns, it is 7 days after delivery.
3. Your money is sent to your bank automatically.

When am I paid for bookings?

After the appointment is finished and your return window for that visit has closed. If you take no returns, the wait is 7 days.

When are creator program rewards paid?

After the month ends and XO Bestie approves it. They go to the payout account in your Wallet. See The Creator Program.

What do Available and On its way mean?

Open your Wallet and look at the Getting paid tab.

• Available is money that is ready to go to your bank.
• On its way is money from sales that are not released yet. The note under it shows when.

Why is my Available balance negative?

A refund or a return took back money that was already paid to you. It comes off your next payout. See Handling a return.

Why have I not been paid?

Check these:

1. The item has not been delivered yet.
2. The return window is still open. Your money is released when it closes.
3. Your payout account is not ready. Open Wallet and check How you get paid. See Setting up how you get paid.

To check one sale, open Manage Orders and tap it. It shows Paid after delivery until the money is sent, then Paid out.

What if a payout fails?

Open your Wallet and check How you get paid. Follow the steps to finish or change it.

Can I take my money out early?

No. Your money is sent to your bank automatically once it is released.
