When will I get my refund?

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. They usually take 3 to 5 business days to show up.

When does my refund start?

• A cancelled order: right away.
• A return: when the seller accepts it. See After you send a return.
• A cancelled booking: when the booking is cancelled.

How do I get a refund?

Cancel the order, or return the item. See How to cancel an order and How to return a purchase.

Where do I see my refund?

1. Tap Menu.
2. Open your profile’s settings, for example Bestie Settings.
3. Tap Purchases, then tap your order.

For a booking, open Booked Services instead and tap the booking. See Your booked services.

Can I get my refund as store credit or on another card?

No. A refund always goes back to the card you paid with.

My refund has not shown on my card

Wait 3 to 5 business days. If it still has not shown, check that your order or booking shows the refund, then contact your bank. If it does not show a refund, contact us. See Contacting XO Bestie Support.
