Selling your own products as a Creator

A Creator can sell products too. You add them in My Products, then tag them in your posts so followers can buy right from the post. A shopper buys inside XO Bestie, and you ship the order like any other sale.
How do I add a product?
In the appMenuCreator SettingsMy ProductsAdd a product- Switch to your Creator profile. Tap Menu and tap Switch Role.
- Tap Menu.
- Tap the Creator Settings tab.
- Tap My Products.
- Tap Add a product at the bottom.
- If the app shows Before you can sell, finish the rows it lists. See Before you can sell.
- Fill in the listing form.

What is on the My Products screen?
- Two tabs: Published and Unpublished, each with a count.
- A search field.
- Edit and Unpublish or Publish on each product.
- A row of chips at the top for your other profiles: My Products, My Closet, My Boutique and My Services.
Tap a chip to see what that profile has listed. If you do not have that profile yet, you see a short note and a button such as Create a Bestie profile.
Which products can I tag in a post?
Published products from your Creator, Bestie and Boutique profiles. An unpublished product is not offered. See Tagging products, services and shoppable links in a post.
How do I get my orders?
Sales arrive in Manage Orders on your Creator Settings tab. You ship them like any other sale. See Managing your orders for sellers and Shipping a sale.
Which address and return policy does my Creator profile use?
Your Creator profile uses the same Ship From Address and Return Policy as your other profiles. There is one of each for the whole account. See Setting your ship-from address and How do I set my return policy?.
What does XO Bestie charge on a sale?
How is this different from a shoppable link?
A product you sell is bought inside XO Bestie, and XO Bestie pays you for the sale. A shoppable link opens another shop’s website, and your affiliate network pays you. See How shoppable links earn.
