Manage Orders: your sales list
On this page
Manage Orders is your list of sales. New orders appear on the Unshipped tab. Tap an order to open it and ship it.
In the appMenuBestie SettingsManage OrdersFor a Boutique, open Boutique Settings. For a Creator, open Creator Settings. The list shows the sales of the profile you are using. A Service Provider does not have Manage Orders. Use Sales in Shop Settings instead. See Sales for Service Providers.
How do I open Manage Orders?
- Tap Menu.
- Tap your profile’s settings.
- Tap Manage Orders.
The list opens on Unshipped.
What are the tabs?
Each tab shows how many orders are in it.
- Unshipped: paid, and not shipped yet. This is where new sales go.
- Shipped: on its way to the customer.
- Delivered: delivered, and the return window is still open.
- Returns: a return is open on the order.
- Completed: finished. A fully returned order is here. So is a delivered order after its return window has closed.
- Cancelled: the order was cancelled.
- All: every order.
Why did my order move to another tab?
Orders move by themselves:
- With an XO Bestie label, it moves from Unshipped to Shipped when the carrier scans the package. If you ship it yourself, it moves when you tap Mark as shipped.
- When it is delivered, it moves to Delivered.
- If the customer opens a return, it moves to Returns.
- When the return window has closed, it moves to Completed.
What does each order show?
- The shipment number
- The item name, or the number of items and the first item name
- To and the customer’s name
- The amount you earn
- Its status: Unshipped, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled, Return requested or Returned. It adds Paid out once you have been paid.
- When you are paid: Due now, or Pays out and a date
- 1 package · shipping label from XO Bestie, or the number of packages, when XO Bestie ships it
- You ship this — add your own label, when you ship it yourself
- Ready to confirm delivery, on a Shipped order that you shipped yourself and can now mark as delivered
Tap an order to open it. To ship it, see Shipping a sale. To cancel it, see Cancelling a sale. For a return, see Handling a return request.
How do I find one order?
Type in the search box, Search your orders. You can search by item name, brand, the buyer’s name, or a shipment or order number. If nothing matches, the app says Nothing matched and what you typed. It suggests looking in All.
How do I see more orders?
If the list is long, tap Load more at the bottom.
