Store Performance shows how your shop is doing. It lists views, saves, follows, what sold and what you earned, for a time period you choose. A Boutique has Store Performance. For a Service Provider it is Shop Performance.

How do I open it?

In the appMenuBoutique SettingsStore Performance
  1. Tap Menu.
  2. Open Boutique Settings. On a Service Provider profile, open Shop Settings.
  3. Tap Store Performance. On a Service Provider profile, tap Shop Performance.

How do I change the time period?

Tap a choice at the top of the screen: 30 days, 90 days, This year or All time.

What do the numbers mean?

Overview

  • Product views is how many times people looked at your items.
  • Product saves is how many times people saved your items to their wish list in that period.
  • Follows is how many people started following you in that period.

Sales

  • Orders is how many orders you got.
  • Items is how many items they held.
  • Sold for is what the items sold for.
  • Earned is what you earned from those sales.

Cancelled and returned orders are not counted in Sales.

Next to each number you may see how it changed from the period before.

Top 5 items

Your five best items. Tap the switch to rank them By times sold or By revenue.

Stock

Your published items with the least stock first. An item with none left says Sold out. It shows what you have now.

Views

Your published items that were looked at the most in the period. Each shows its views, how many people saved it and how many sold. Tap any item to open it.

Where are my bookings and in-store sales?

They are not in Store Performance. A Service Provider sees them in Sales and the Booking Calendar.

Why do my numbers look low?

The numbers start when people view and buy. A new shop has few. Pick a shorter period such as 30 days to see recent changes, or All time to see everything.
