No. When you accept a return, the customer is refunded, but the item does not go back on sale by itself. The stock is not added back and the listing is not published again. You list it again yourself.

What happens to my listing when a return is accepted?

Nothing changes on the listing. The refund is paid and your earnings are adjusted. See handling a return.

Only a cancelled sale puts items back on sale. See cancelling a sale.

How do I sell a one-of-a-kind pre-loved item again?

A pre-loved listing for a single item shows Sold once it sells. A sold listing cannot be changed. Its row has no Edit or Publish button.

So you make a new listing for it.

In the appSellPost listing
  1. Tap Sell in the bottom bar.
  2. Fill in the four steps of the form.
  3. Tap Post listing.

See how to list pre-loved items. Check the condition first, and take new photos if the item changed.

How do I sell it again if the listing is Sold out?

A Boutique listing, or a listing that had more than one unit, shows Sold out when its stock runs out. You can still edit it and add stock.

  1. Open your listings. Bestie profile: My Closet. Boutique: My Inventory.
  2. Tap Edit on the listing.
  3. Add the returned unit to the stock.
  4. Tap Save changes.

See editing a listing.

What if I rejected the return?

Then the sale stands and the customer keeps the item. Nothing goes back to you.

Does the old sale still show?

Yes. A fully returned sale moves to Completed on Manage Orders.
