Editing a listing

Open your listing, tap Edit, change what you need and tap Save changes. You can change anything in the listing, and your listing stays published while you edit.

How do I edit a listing?

1. Tap Menu.
2. Tap your profile’s settings, then open your listings:

   • Bestie profile: My Closet, under Selling
   • Boutique: My Inventory
   • Creator: My Products
   • Service Provider: My Products, for the products you sell at your shop
3. Find the listing. Use the search box if you need to. It is on the Published tab or the Unpublished tab.
4. Tap Edit.
5. The form opens with the title Edit listing and your details filled in. Change what you need. Use Next and Back to move between the four steps.
6. On the last step, tap Save changes.

You can also open your own listing’s page and tap Edit there.

What can I change?

Everything the listing form holds:

• Product details: title, description, brand, category and more
• Shipping & handling: how it ships and who pays
• Inventory: colors, sizes, photos and stock
• Price & earning: your price. For a Bestie profile, the original price too.

If you change the category, the choices that depend on it are cleared. Choose them again before you save.

Why can I not edit a listing that sold?

A one-of-a-kind item that has sold cannot be changed.

A listing with several units that has sold out can still be edited. You can add stock to it. It shows Sold out until you do.

Will my listing stay live while I edit?

Yes. The listing keeps its published state while you edit and save. If you want it hidden while you work, tap Unpublish first. See Unpublishing a listing.

Is an edited listing checked again?

Yes. After you save, XO Bestie checks what you changed. If something is flagged, the listing is hidden and shows Flagged. See Why was my content flagged?.

Can I lower my price and show the old price crossed out?

No. A price you change in the listing never shows an old price. To show a sale, use a promotion. See Discounts and promotions.
