Adding services to your Service Catalogue

Your Service Catalogue is the list of services customers can book. You pick each service from a fixed list, then set how long it takes and what it costs. It goes live as soon as you finish.

What do I need before I add a service?

The app checks a short list first, called Before you can sell. It asks for a verified email, your business address, your booking policy, your business hours and your payout setup. See offering services on XO Bestie and before you can sell.

How do I add a service?

1. Open Menu, then the Shop Settings tab.
2. Tap Service Catalogue.
3. Tap Add a service.
4. Choose a Category, then a Sub category, then the Service type.
5. Type a Short title.
6. Write a Description if you want. It is optional.
7. Add your photos, then tap Next.
8. For each option, enter the Minutes and the Price.
9. To offer another length, tap Add another service option.
10. Tap Finish.

Pick in order. Until you pick a Category, the next field says Choose a category first. Until you pick a Sub category, the last one says Choose a sub category first.

What can I choose for the service type?

You choose from a fixed list. It has five categories: Beauty, Wellness, Classes, Virtual and Specialty Art. Each one has sub categories and service types. You cannot make up your own category.

What are the rules for a service?

• Title. 3 to 40 characters.
• Photos. 1 to 6.
• Options. 1 to 4. Each option is a length and a price.
• Length. Up to 8 hours (480 minutes) for each option. No two options can have the same length.
• Price. Each price must be above zero. The screen tells you the lowest price you can list.

What is the “From” price?

If a service has several options at different prices, your shop shows the lowest as “From” that price.

How do I edit, unpublish or publish a service?

1. Open Service Catalogue.
2. Tap the Published or Unpublished tab. Use Search your services to find one.
3. Tap Edit to change a service. Tap Next, then Save changes when you are done.
4. Tap Unpublish to take a service off sale, or Publish to put it back.

There is no delete button. Unpublish a service you no longer offer.
