A Service Provider can sell beauty products. Customers collect them from you at the appointment. Nothing is shipped.

How do customers buy my products?

There are three ways:

  • A customer adds them when they book. They can add up to 10 products to one booking.
  • You add them at the till. See taking payment with the POS.
  • You add them when you finish an appointment.

How do I add a product?

  1. Open Menu, then the Shop Settings tab.
  2. Tap My Products.
  3. Tap Add a product.
  4. Fill in Product details, then tap Next.
  5. Fill in Inventory, then tap Next.
  6. Set your price in Price & earning.
  7. Tap Post listing.

There is no Shipping & handling step, because you do not ship. Products are for beauty and wellness only, so you are not asked for a product type.

How do I edit, unpublish or publish a product?

  1. Open My Products.
  2. Use the Published and Unpublished tabs. Use the search box to find a product.
  3. Tap Edit to change it. Tap Save changes when you are done.
  4. Tap Unpublish to take it off sale, or Publish to put it back.

Do returns work the same as online orders?

No. Products sold at the till or at an appointment follow your in-store return policy. See in-store return policy.

Where do customers see my products?

On the Products tab of your shop page, and when they book. See your Business Profile.
