The Service Provider program: how to join and how rewards are paid

When XO Bestie runs a program for Service Providers, a banner shows on the Services tab. To join, your account needs a Service Provider profile. You can earn for finishing bookings and for building your list of services. Rewards go to your Wallet payout account after XO Bestie approves the month.

The banner shows only while a program is running, and only when you are signed in. It shows on any profile, so you do not need to switch.
If you have already joined, the banner is replaced by your progress panel on the phone and tablet apps. On the website, nothing shows once you have joined.
How do I join?
- Open the Services.
- Tap Join the program on the banner.
- Read each rule screen and tap Next.
- Read the Program terms.
- Check the box I have read and agree to the program terms.
- Tap Join the program.

Do I need a Service Provider profile?
Yes. Without one on your account, you can read the rules but you cannot join. The first rule screen says that you need a service provider profile and shows a Create a service provider profile button. See how to create a new role.
How do I earn a reward?
There are two ways. The rule screens show the exact amounts and targets for the program that is running.
- Bookings. Each calendar month, every full milestone of completed bookings earns a reward, up to the program’s limit. Only bookings you complete in that month count.
- Services listed. When you reach the program’s number of published services, you earn a one-time bonus.
Which bookings count?
Only completed bookings count. A customer who does not turn up does not add to your count. A booking is counted in the month it is finished.
Which services count?
Only services that are published right now. If you unpublish a service, it stops counting.
Does the services bonus come back every month?
No. It is paid one time only. Once you have earned it, it is not paid again. The services row then leaves your progress panel.
Do bookings from before I joined count?
No. In the month you join, counting starts when you join.
How do I see my progress?
On the phone and tablet apps, a THIS MONTH panel replaces the banner once you join. It shows your Total earnings and the days until the month resets. It also shows Services listed and Bookings, with the next milestone. On the website, the panel does not show.
When do I get paid?
After the month closes, XO Bestie checks and approves each person’s reward. Approved rewards go to the payout account in your Wallet. You get a notice that says Your payout is on its way.

No. The panel shows the current month only, and the app has no way to leave a program. The banner goes away when the program ends.
