Setting your business hours

Business hours are the days and times your shop is open. Customers can only book times inside them. You need to set them before you can add a service.

How do I set my business hours?

1. Open Menu, then the Shop Settings tab.
2. Tap Business Hours.
3. Pick your Time zone.
4. For each day, switch it Open or Closed.
5. On each open day, set Opens and Closes.
6. Tap Set hours.

Why do I need to pick a time zone?

Customers see your times in your time zone, wherever they are.

Why does it already show 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM?

These are suggested hours to get you started. Change them, then save.

Can I copy one day’s hours to the other days?

Yes. Tap the link that reads Use Monday’s hours on every open day. It names a day from your list, so your day may differ. Check the result, then tap Set hours or Save.

Can I have a lunch break or two shifts in one day?

No. Each day has one opening time and one closing time. Each staff member also has one start time and one end time per day, inside your hours. See adding and managing staff.

Can I close for a holiday?

You can only set which days of the week you are open or closed. There is no way to mark a single date as closed.

What happens to my staff when I change my hours?

• If you make your hours shorter, staff hours outside them are trimmed to fit. The app tells you how many people were changed.
• If you make your hours longer, staff keep their current hours. Open each person on the Staff screen to widen theirs.

You can also tap Reset to business hours on a person’s screen.
