Your Business Profile is your shop page, seen as the owner. You use it to check how customers see your shop and to fill in anything that says Not set yet.

How do I create the profile first?

Choose Beauty Pro when you sign up. If you already have an account, add the role from the menu. See how to create a new role. The app asks for a profile picture, a Display Name, a Profile Name and a short bio. You can change all of these later.

What is on my shop page?

Your shop page has five tabs:

  • Services. These come from your Service Catalogue. See adding services.
  • Products. These come from My Products. See selling products in your shop.
  • About. Your details, covered below.
  • Portfolio. Photos of your work.
  • Reviews.

You see Edit Profile and Share My Shop at the top. You do not see a Book button on your own shop.

What does “Not set yet” mean in the About tab?

Some About sections say Not set yet and Tap to add it. when they are empty. Tap one and the app opens the screen that fills it:

The No-show policy section only shows when you take a deposit.

Why are my opening hours missing?

You have not saved your business hours yet. You need them before you can add a service. Tap it to open Business Hours. See setting your business hours.

How do I add portfolio photos?

  1. Open your Business Profile.
  2. Tap the Portfolio tab.
  3. Add your photos.

You can add up to 12 photos. They are cropped to a square.

How do I edit my shop?

In the appMenuShop SettingsYour Business ProfileEdit Profile
  1. Open your Business Profile.
  2. Tap Edit Profile. You can also tap your cover photo.
  3. To change a photo, tap the pencil on the cover or beside your round profile photo.
  4. Change your Display name, Profile ID or Store description.
  5. Tap Save.

Save stays grey until you change something. After you save, you return to your shop page.

What are the rules for each field?

  • Cover photo. It is cropped to a wide 16:9 shape. It saves as soon as you finish cropping.
  • Profile photo. It is square and shows as a circle. It also saves as soon as you finish cropping.
  • Display name. Up to 30 characters.
  • Profile ID. 8 to 30 characters, using lowercase letters, numbers and underscores. After you change it, you cannot change it again for 14 days. The screen shows the date you can change it again.
  • Store description. Optional. Up to 160 characters.

Why was my Profile ID refused?

If someone already has that Profile ID, you find out when you tap Save. Pick a different one and save again.

How do I share my shop?

Tap Share My Shop on your Business Profile. See sharing listings, posts and profiles.
