How do I know I've made a sale?

When something sells, the app tells you in the bell and in a push message on your phone. The order also appears in Manage Orders, on the Unshipped tab. You have 5 days to ship it.

What does the sale notification look like?

It reads You sold and the name of your item. Tap it to open the shipment, where you can see who bought it and what to do next. You also get an email with the order number.

Sale notifications are urgent. They come through even if you switched Selling notifications off. To learn more, see Notification settings.

Where do I see it in the app?

1. Tap Notifications.
2. At the top, look at Need your attention.
3. Tap An order to ship. If you have several, it says the number, for example 2 orders to ship.

You have 5 days to ship it.

You can also open the order from Manage Orders:

1. Tap Menu.
2. Tap your profile’s settings, then Manage Orders.
3. Stay on the Unshipped tab. New sales appear here.
4. Tap the order to open it.

What do I do next?

Ship the order within 5 days. If it is not shipped and has no shipping label by then, the order is cancelled and the customer is refunded. To learn how to ship, see Shipping a sale.

Will each profile have its own orders?

Yes. Manage Orders shows the sales of the profile you are using. If you sell from more than one profile, switch to the right one to see its orders.

I did not get a notification. Where do I look?

Open Manage Orders and check the Unshipped tab. The sale is there even if you missed the message. To see how your notifications are set, see Your notifications and Push notifications.
