My Shoppable Links is where your Creator profile keeps affiliate links. You save a link once, then tag it in as many posts as you like. It is on your Creator profile only. Other profiles see a message asking you to switch.

In the appMenuCreator SettingsMy Shoppable LinksAdd a new link
  1. Switch to your Creator profile. Tap Menu and tap Switch Role.
  2. Tap Menu.
  3. Tap the Creator Settings tab.
  4. Tap My Shoppable Links.
  5. Tap Add your first link. After your first link, the button reads Add a new link.
  6. Paste your link into the Link field.
  7. Under Where is this link from?, choose the network.
  8. Tap Save link.

Save link stays grey until the link is valid and a network is chosen.

  • It must start with https://.
  • It can be up to 2,048 characters.
  • You can paste the whole block of code your network gave you. The app finds the link inside it.

The app may fill in the network for you when it recognizes Amazon, Rakuten, ShopMy or Mavely links. Check that it is the right one.

Which networks can I choose?

Rakuten, LTK, Amazon, Mavely, ShopMy, ShareASale, CJ, Impact, Awin, Howl, Levanta, Skimlinks, Sovrn, Pepperjam, or Other.

Each link is a card, newest first, numbered LINK 1, LINK 2 and so on. A card shows:

  • The network.
  • The product picture, if the app found one.
  • views: how many times posts carrying the link were seen. Each account counts once per post per day.
  • clicks: how many times shoppers tapped the link on your posts. Tapping a card on this screen does not count.

When you save a link, the app looks up the picture and product name from it. If it cannot find them, the card has no picture, and shows the network name instead of a product name.

How do I fix a missing picture?

  • Tap Refresh on the card to look the link up again.
  • Or tap Add photo to choose your own. Once a link has a photo, the button reads Change photo. Your photo is cropped to a square.

Type in Search your links. It matches the link address and the network name.

  1. Tap Delete on the card.
  2. Tap Confirm.

Deleting a link also removes its card from every post that tagged it.

No. You cannot change a link’s address or network. Delete it, then add it again with the right one. Adding it again does not put it back into old posts.

You are on a different profile. Switch to your Creator profile in Switch Role.
