Can I put my closet on hold while I am away?

No. The app has no vacation or pause setting. A profile cannot be paused or hidden. To stop selling for a while, unpublish your listings one by one. Sales you already have still need to ship within 5 days of the order date.

How do I stop new sales?

Unpublish each listing. Shoppers can no longer see it, and it is hidden from their wish lists until you publish it again.

1. Tap Menu.
2. Open Bestie Settings, then My Closet.
3. On the Published tab, find a listing.
4. Tap Unpublish.
5. Repeat for each listing.

It happens right away. See unpublishing a listing.

How do I open my closet again?

1. Open My Closet and go to the Unpublished tab.
2. Tap Publish on each listing.

What about sales I already have?

Ship them in time. You have 5 days from the order date to buy a label, or to mark the sale as shipped. If you do not, XO Bestie cancels the sale and refunds the customer. It costs you the card processing fee. See cancelling a sale.

Unpublishing does not cancel a sale. A customer can also return an item while their return window is open.

Can I pause my whole profile?

No. A profile cannot be paused or deleted. Only the whole account can be closed. See closing your account.
