How do I get a Bestie profile?
There are two ways.
At sign-up. When the app asks how you want to use XO Bestie, pick Bestie. Its description says you are here to shop, book beauty services and resell pre-loved. Sign-up asks for no style or size details.
From a profile you already have. If you signed up with another profile type, add a Bestie profile:
In the appMenuSwitch Role- Tap Menu.
- Tap Switch Role under your name.
- Tap Bestie. It says Create.
- Read the card, then tap Continue.
- Add a picture, a Display Name, a Profile Name and My Bio.
- Tap Finish.
You can have one profile of each type. See Choosing a profile.
Where is my Bestie profile page?

How do I change my picture, name or bio?
Tap Edit Profile. See Editing your profile.
How do I share my closet?
- Open Your Bestie Profile.
- Tap Share My Closet.
- Pick where to send the link in the share menu. On a web browser without a share menu, the link is copied instead.
The link goes to your public page.
What do shoppers see on my closet page?
Shoppers see your photo, display name, @handle, rating and bio. They also see your Followers and Following counts and the Follow and Message buttons. Under them is your Closet with the number of items and only your published listings.
Why is a listing missing from my closet?
Only published listings show. A listing may be missing for one of these reasons:
- You unpublished it. Open My Closet, tap the Unpublished tab, and tap Publish.
- It sold. A one-of-a-kind item that sold no longer shows as published.
- XO Bestie hid it after a check. It shows a red Flagged label in My Closet. Edit the part that was flagged. See Why was my content flagged?.
See How do I remove or hide a listing?.
What is the red icon beside my name?
A red means XO Bestie has hidden part of your profile, such as your bio, picture or banner. Others may see your initials instead. Tap the icon to see why and how to fix it. Change the part that was flagged. Once it checks clean, it shows again by itself. See Why was my content flagged?.
Do I need to set up my sizes and styles?
No. Style Preferences is separate and optional. See Style preferences and the style quiz.
What do I need to start selling?
Tap Sell in the bottom bar. The app tells you what is missing. See Selling pre-loved: start here and Before you can sell.
