Sales, discount codes and Bestie credit

A seller’s sale lowers the price of an item. A discount code or Bestie credit then comes off your bag total. You can use a seller’s sale together with a code or credit. You can use only one code or credit on each order.

How do I see that an item is on sale?

On a card you see Sale with a percent. On the listing and in your bag you see the old price struck through and a percent, such as −30%. To find sale items, search, tap and choose On sale. See searching for items.

How do I use a discount code?

1. Open Your bag.
2. Tap the Discount code field and type your code.
3. Tap Apply code.

The code and the amount off appear in your bag. The discount shows as its own line in the total.

To take the code off, tap Remove next to it.

What does a code take money off?

The items in your bag. It does not come off shipping.

Can I use more than one code?

No. One code or one Bestie credit on each order.

What is Bestie credit?

Bestie credit is money off a purchase. You get it by inviting friends, or by joining with a friend’s invite code. See invite friends. It is used on its own when you check out, and shows in your bag as Bestie credit.

What happens if I type a code and I have Bestie credit?

The code replaces your Bestie credit for that order. If you remove the code, the credit comes back.

What if my credit is bigger than my order?

You use only what the order needs. The rest of that credit is not kept.

Why was my code refused?

The code may have expired or already been used, or your bag may not reach the code’s minimum yet. An invite code is only for signing up, not for your bag.

Where do I see the discount at checkout?

It shows as its own line in the order total. See checking out.
