Searching for items

Tap the search bar at the top of Preloved or Shops, type what you want, and the results appear as you type. Search only looks in the tab you started from.

How do I search?

1. Open Preloved or Shops.
2. Tap the search bar that says Search brands or categories.
3. Type a word, such as a brand, an item name or a category.
4. Wait a moment. The results update on their own.
5. Tap an item to open it.

Search looks at the item name, the brand, the description and the category.

What are the suggestions?

As you type, suggestions appear. Tap one to narrow your search. Tap on it to remove it.

Why can’t I find an item I know exists?

Search only covers the tab you started from. A boutique item will not show up if you search from Preloved. Go to Shops and search there. You cannot search both tabs at once.

How do I sort or filter the results?

1. Type a word, or pick a suggestion.
2. Tap Sort and filter next to the search bar. It only shows after you search.
3. Choose a sort, and any filters you want.
4. Tap Apply.

Sort

• Best match
• Newest
• Price: low to high
• Price: high to low

Shipping

• Free shipping. Items where shipping is free.

Sale

• On sale. Items where a seller has a sale on.

Price

Pick one band at a time: Up to $20, $20 – $35, $35 – $50, $50 – $70 or $70 & above. Tap the same band again to clear it.

To remove everything at once, tap Clear all.

Can I filter by size, color, brand or condition?

No. You can sort, and filter by free shipping, sale and price.

Why do I see close matches?

When nothing matches your words exactly, you see the closest items.

Nothing matched my search

Try a different word, or fewer words. If you set filters, clear some of them.

Can I search for a seller or a creator?

Not from this search bar. Creators are searched on the Feed. See finding creators. Services are found on the Services tab. See finding a service near you.

Does the app save my searches?

No. There are no recent searches or saved searches.
