A listing is the page for one item. Tap any item card to open it. The page shows photos, the price, a few facts about the item, who is selling it, and the buttons to buy. Anyone can view a listing. You need to be signed in to buy, save or report it.
What is on a listing?
- Photos. Swipe through them. On a tablet or computer, tap the small pictures.
- Price. If the seller has a sale on, you see the sale price, the old price struck through and a percent, such as −30%.
- Colors and sizes. Pick a color from the photo swatches and a size from the sizes. The item may use its own word, such as Shade, Scent or Volume.
- Quantity. Use the minus and plus to change it. It only shows when you can add more than one.
- Facts. Condition, Retailed at, Shipping and Returns. See below.
- Description. Tap Show more to read all of it, and Show less to fold it up.
- Seller. Their name and a line such as Visit my closet or Visit my shop. Tap it to open their page.
- Reviews. What buyers said, with their star ratings.
- Similar items and Recently viewed. More items to look at.
What does “Retailed at” mean?
It is what the item cost when it was new. It is not a discount. A sale shows as the old price struck through beside the price. Only pre-loved listings show Retailed at.
What are the conditions?
Pre-loved items show a Condition: Never used with tags, New & Never used, Sealed & unopened box, Like new or Used. Items from boutiques have no condition.
What do Sold and Sold out mean?
Sold means the item has been bought. Sold out means none are left right now. A size that is sold out is crossed out.
What does the Shipping fact say?
- Free. You pay nothing for shipping.
- Flat rate and an amount. You pay that amount for each one you buy.
- Paid at checkout. The price depends on your address. You see it at checkout.
What does the Returns fact say?
- Not accepted. The seller does not take returns.
- 14 days or 30 days, then who pays: the seller pays return shipping or you pay return shipping.
What is the difference between Add to Cart and Buy Now?
- Add to Cart puts the item in your bag. You can keep shopping and check out later. See your bag.
- Buy Now goes straight to checkout with only this item and the quantity you chose. Your bag is left as it was.
See checking out.
Why can’t I add the item to my bag?
- Select a size: pick a size first.
- In your bag: you already added all there is. Tap View bag.
- Sold or Sold out: that color or size is gone. Try another one.
Does adding an item to my bag hold it for me?
No. Someone else can buy it until you place your order.
Can I buy or save my own listing?
No. On your own listing you see Edit and Unpublish instead.
How do I save, share or report a listing?
- Open the listing.
- Tap to save it. See saving items to your wish list.
- Tap Share to open a small menu.
- Choose Share to send the listing to someone, or Report to report it.
See sharing listings, posts and profiles and reporting a listing or post.
How do I contact the seller?
Tap the seller row to open their page, then use the message button there. See how to contact a seller.
Can I make an offer?
No. You pay the price shown.
What if a listing is no longer available?
It has sold, or the seller took it down. Look for something similar.
