Leaving and editing a review

You can review an item once it has arrived. Open the order, tap Write a review, choose your stars, and post it. You can edit it later, but you cannot delete it.

How do I write a review?

1. Tap Menu.
2. Open Purchases in your profile’s settings, for example Bestie Settings.
3. Tap the order.
4. Under the item, tap Write a review.
5. Tap a star from 1 to 5. No star is chosen for you.
6. If you like, add a comment under Anything you want to add? (Optional). It can be up to 500 characters.
7. Tap Post your review.

Post your review stays grey until you choose a star. A rating on its own is a complete review.

When can I review an item?

Only after it has arrived. If you cannot see Write a review, the item has not arrived yet, or the listing has been removed. About 3 days after delivery, you also get a notice and an email that ask how the item was. You get them only if you have not reviewed it yet.

Which profile signs my review?

The profile that bought the item. This stays the same even if you switch to another profile later.

How do I edit my review?

1. Open the Purchases list, tap the order, and tap Edit your review. The button also shows your stars. Or go to In the appMenuBestie SettingsMy ReviewsYou wrote and tap Edit your review on that card.
2. Change your stars or your comment.
3. Tap Update your review.

Can I delete my review?

No. The app has no delete button for reviews. Edit it instead.

Where can I see my reviews?

In My Reviews. It has two tabs: You wrote and You received. Your own reviews are under You wrote.

Can the seller reply?

Yes. The seller can reply once and can reword their reply. You see it on your card in You wrote, under Reply from and the seller’s username. Anyone who reads the review can see the reply. Sellers cannot change or remove your review.

Why is my review not shown in the list?

A review with stars and no comment counts toward the seller’s star average, but it is not listed under the item or the shop.

What if I returned the item?

You can still review an item you returned. If the purchase was fully refunded, your review stays and shows Item was returned. It no longer counts toward the seller’s rating.

What if my review was flagged?

A red icon shows on your card in You wrote. Tap it to see why. Others see your stars but not your words for now. Edit the review to remove what was flagged.
