Contacting a seller

To contact a seller, open their profile and tap Message. You do not need to follow them first, but you need to be signed in.

How do I message a seller about an item?

1. Open the listing.
2. Tap the Seller row. It shows their name and Visit my closet or Visit my shop. Creators have no second line.
3. On their profile, tap Message.
4. Type your message and send it.

The listing page itself has no Message button. Use the seller row.

How do I message a seller about my order?

The Purchases list has no Message button, and the seller’s name there is not a link. Do this instead:

1. Open In the appMenuBestie SettingsPurchases.
2. Tap your order.
3. Tap the photo of the item.
4. On the listing, tap the Seller row.
5. On their profile, tap Message.

Put your order number in the message. It starts with OR and is on the order screen.

What should I ask a seller?

Sellers pack and post their own parcels. So they are the best people to ask about:

• the item, its condition and its size
• when it will be packed
• tracking for your parcel

How do I message a Service Provider?

1. Open the Service Provider’s page. Its tabs are Services, Products, About, Portfolio and Reviews.
2. Tap Message next to Follow.

Can I message someone I do not follow?

Yes. Message works on any profile that is not your own. You need to be signed in.

Can I message my own other profile?

No. You cannot start a chat with a profile on your own account.
