No. You can review products you bought, but not services or appointments.
What does the Reviews tab on a shop page show?
It shows reviews of products people bought from that shop. The stars on a service page come from those product reviews.
Can I review a product I bought from a Service Provider?
Yes. A Service Provider can sell products too. After the order is delivered, you can review it like any other purchase. See how to leave a review.
How else can I tell a service provider is good?
- Look at the shop’s Portfolio tab for photos of their work.
