Selling as a Boutique

A Boutique is the XO Bestie profile for a brand or an online store that sells new products. It gives you your own shop page, and your products show in the Shops tab. It is free to set up. You pay fees only when you make a sale.

What does a Boutique profile give me?

A shop page. It shows your banner, picture, name, rating, bio and the products you have for sale. Read more in Your Boutique profile page.
Your products in the Shops tab. Shoppers also find them through search and categories.
Stock by size and color. One listing can hold many colors, sizes and quantities. Read Listing a product in your Boutique.
Promotions. You can put your whole shop, or chosen products, on sale. Read Discounts and promotions.
Store Performance. It shows views, sales and what your shop is earning. Read Store performance.
Order tools. You see your sales in Manage Orders. Read Managing your orders.

Who is a Boutique for?

It is for people who sell new products, such as a brand or an online store. If you sell your own pre-loved clothes, the Bestie profile fits better. Read Selling pre-loved on XO Bestie.

A Boutique listing has no condition and no original price, because the products are new.

How do I add a Boutique profile?

If you are new, pick Brand / Boutique when the app asks how you want to use XO Bestie. If you already have an account, add the profile like this.

In the appMenuSwitch RoleBoutique

Tap Menu.
Tap Switch Role.
Tap Boutique. It shows Create if you do not have one yet.
On Add a Boutique profile, tap Continue.
Tap Add a profile picture and choose a photo.
Fill in Display Name, Profile Name and My Bio.
Tap Finish.

You can have one Boutique per account. You can also hold a Bestie, a Creator and a Service Provider profile on the same account. See Adding a new profile.

What do I need before I can list?

When you tap Sell, the app checks that three things are set. If one is missing, a panel called Before you can sell shows what is left.

What does it cost?

There is no cost to set up. XO Bestie takes fees only when you make a sale. When you set a price, a panel called What you earn shows your fees and what you keep. See XO Bestie platform fee.
