Bestie Settings explained
Bestie Settings is where you manage your Bestie profile, your closet, your sales and the things you buy.
How do I open Bestie Settings?
In the appMenuBestie Settings- Tap the menu button . It is at the top left, beside the search bar.
- If you are using another profile, tap Switch Role under your name and pick Bestie.
- Tap Bestie Settings.
What can I do in Bestie Settings?
- Your Bestie Profile: edit your profile and share your closet. See Editing your profile.
- Style Preferences: the sizes, brands and categories you like. See Style preferences and the style quiz.
- My Closet: edit, relist or take down your listings. See Editing a listing and Unpublishing a listing.
- Manage Orders: your sales, shipping and returns. See Manage Orders: your sales list.
- Discounts and Promotions: put your listings on sale. See Running a sale.
- Ship From Address: where carriers pick up your packages. See Setting your Ship From Address.
- Return Policy: whether you take returns, and for how long. See Setting your return policy.
- Purchases: what you bought and where it is. See Checking your order.
- Booked Services: the appointments you booked. See Your booked services.
- My Wish List: the items you saved with the heart. See My wish list.
- My Reviews: the reviews you wrote and the reviews you received. See Leaving and editing a review.
Your Return Policy and Ship From Address are the same on all your profiles. Change one and it changes everywhere.
