Reopening a closed account

To reopen a closed account, sign in within 30 days. Use your email or user ID and your password. Your account comes back. There is no other way.
How do I reopen my account?
- Open XO Bestie.
- Sign in with your email or user ID and your password.
You will not see a message that the account reopened. You are simply signed in. See Signing in and out.
What comes back?
- Your user ID, your profiles, your followers and your history.
- Listings that closing took down go back on sale. Listings you had unpublished yourself stay off.
What does not come back?
- Your saved cards. They were deleted when you closed. Add them again.
- Your old sign-ins. You sign in fresh.
Can support reopen it for me?
No. Signing in is the only way. There is no request to send.
It has been more than 30 days
The account cannot be reopened.
You can use the same email to sign up for a new account. Nothing carries over from the old one. Your user ID, followers, reviews and history stay behind.
I forgot my password
A closed account cannot get a password reset link. To reopen it, you need to sign in with the password you had.
